Hey gang.

The three cons I plan on going to this year are:

New York Comic Con
Philly?
San Diego
Dublin

NYCC is just a few weeks away and the website isn't showing my name yet but I'll be in artist alley.  I'll hopefully be next to Dustin Nguyen.  And this year I'll be doing sketches.

I don't want to get swamped so I'm going to limit it to maybe 4 a day.  Prices will range for smaller stuff, but I'd like to dedicate 30 minutes per commission with pencils, inks, washes and fingerprints for $50 (the full treatment).

Not to be a prick, but don't send me notes to reserve anything right now.  First come first serve at the table.  :)

At SDCC you'll find me nestled between Eric Canete and Dustin (at least that's the temp plan).  I'll update more later on the other shows.

Again, thanks for all the support I get at DA.

I like them all for different reasons I think. SDCC is great because of the gaslamp district, Chicago is nice and secluded. NY is nice and close. What about you?

gaslight district, sounds naughty.... heh

I've only been to NYCC and Philly, and i guess I don't know which one i liked better. I know I like the NYCC better than the last philly con i went to in o6 because it was bigger and had much more to enjoy. The first Philly con I went to in o2 was really nice because it was pretty large and seemed really fan friendly. It was also my first con since I was a kid. I hope to hit the SDCC this year as well as Chicago and possibly Texas. If i do well enough at the NYCC I MAY go to Megacon, I hear a lot of good things about it and it's in Florida=] Comics and warmth, good things=] (speaking of which I am MAD they decided to do NYCC in Feb instead of in the Springtime..... blah)

will you be selling any of the books you've been? [i know this should be a no-brainer, but i want to know for sure.]

If all goes well I should be at NYCC with my publisher- so this would give me a chance to come by and check out your work in the real. :) [which i've been dieing to see!!]

Dude, you've got to do Phily again. I'm sending in my application for it tomorrow.

I was at Baltimore last year, and that was a good show. Actually, it was the best one I've been to I think, other than the placement of Artist Alley tables.

Hey, I'll be at San Diego -- It'll be great to be able to say "Howdy" in person.

(Howdy is an acceptable form of address in Texas, don't be alarmed. I do actually say it when meeting folks. It amuses my girlfriend's San Francisco friends to no end.)
