This is my favorite kind of page because it has everything: action, spreads, varied staging, interesting backgrounds and cool storytelling opportunities. It's probably the type of page I'd keep rather than sell.
One thing I love about writing for myself is that I can do more moment-to-moment storytelling with the panelling, something I don't often get with other people's scripts. To make an analogy with music, most writers will write with power chords. Whereas scenes like this are the drum beats between the chords.
The best moment-to-moment script I got was the last issue of American Vampire with Snyder, who basically let me work out the action on my own. THAT was an awesome issue.
